With our global sourcing and manufacturing network firmly established, ZINA has a true international presence and access to invaluable resources around the world.  To support this partner network, ZINA has offices in the United States, Hong Kong and China, which allows us to have direct, on-the-ground interaction with all of our preferred suppliers as well as hands-on management of all sourcing and manufacturing

Our factories specialize in product development and in conjunction with ZINA’s own manufacturing experts, have extensive knowledge of supply chain logistics, machine and production development, raw materials, product engineering and quality assurance.

We have a dedicated QA team that prepares, guides and monitors each of our QVC product submissions for successful results. We then communicate all this QA information to the ZINA factories involved, so we can confirm compliance and insure that the post-delivery QA check is also a success for our clients.

Live TV Shopping
ZINA was started with a single purpose: to bring innovative, high quality, problem solving items that are demonstrable and have value to QVC.  As a result, our company is designed to help inventors maximize the unique opportunity of live television shopping. 

ZINA has had over 500 products in multiple categories (electronics, pet, food, home goods and decor, cleaning, kitchen accessories, jewelry, cosmetics and personalized accessories) airing on QVC. ZINA averages more than one live airing per day. This gives us tremendous experience with the benefits and potential challenges of live TV selling. Within this critical area, ZINA focuses on a comprehensive strategy of buyer presentation, quality assurance, on-air presentation details as well as host and guest training to achieve the greatest levels of success for the live TV sell.

One of the biggest challenges for live selling is having the right host or guest to present and represent the product.  ZINA's TV Sales Office works to match the best possible presenter with each item and program.  The presenters are trained, one-on-one, with the product and the particular program.  They are also screened for essential skills like comfort on camera, ability to speak extemporaneously, adaptability, flexibility and overall communication talent.  We do this, not just for a debut airing but each and every time an item goes on the air, even after years of airing exposures.  

Lastly, ZINA scripts the sell, shoots back up video, builds and designs sets and props and provides real time analysis of the sales and call volume.  Following each sell, we also conduct a review of the tape with the presenter and solicit input from the broadcasting and buying teams at QVC.
